Was invited to a mini food tasting event. Slightly different from the ones I usually attend whereby Timmo and the girls would be there.
With one aim - To serve the best seafood, prepared in a rojak of exciting ways in KL, Four Seas (Facebook fan page) was one step ahead thanks to the location - Jalan Bangkung, Bangsar.

Staff were helpful in a way that they offered to give recommendations and let us know their best-sellers without hesitation. This I like cause I tend to ask before placing any order.

Acqua Panna natural mineral water (RM 15) and Mountain Fresh apple & mango juice (RM 12). The juice was nice (too bad they don't serve fresh juices) but the water .. a bit too expensive for a bottle of mineral water.
Then again, it's Acqua Panna. An expensive brand which must have been exclusive that I've nvr heard of lol.
Portobello Mushroom (RM 25).

Fresh Coffin Bay oysters (RM 9.90 each), right from the tank. Good stuff :)

Char-grilled Lamb Cutlets served with Mediterranean vegetable stack and rosemary garlic jus (RM 55). The lamb was medium rare, which was really good cause it was tender and not tough at all.
Good recommendation by the waiter who served us.
Oven-baked Lemon Sole with roasted potatoes and lemon caper butter sauce (RM 72). HUGE portion, very fresh and satisfying. Worth every penny. Also recommended by the waiter.
Then again, I'm a big fish lover hehe.
